Awful management in call centre
NO SENSE OF JOB SECURITY. Get everything questionable in writing / proof, as they go back on their word. Pay is never explained and office management is poor and unprofessional. When leaving the company they don’t pay you correctly. Playground behaviour from management - unless your friends with management there will be no progression.

Unfair and very unprofessional. No progression. No appreciation.
Management poor in call centre and incompetent people put in higher positions with no skills/qualifications. Personal issues not kept confidential and HR team an absolute disgrace- instead of helping and keeping confidentiality they email back your concern to the person in question and have a laugh about it. Overall colleagues are fun and supportive, management extremely poor.

Don't even bother
At the beginning you're treated like you matter. However, you're given no formal sales training. You do your FCA exams and you're expected to sell. They fine you for this and that e.g not selling enough products or not sending enough videos to potential customers. In my first month (with no sales experience) I sold 16 cars only to be told it wasn't good enough. We were constantly reminded how we could be sacked at any time. We were always told we weren't doing enough. We weren't allowed to give customers an idea of the monthly cost of a car unless they were agreeing to buy said car. They charge you for a uniform (mine didn't even fit). I knew it would be a pressurised environment, but to be constantly told you weren't good enough is very demoralising. My manager even admitted to fraudulently writing his own reviews to make his figures look better. The job itself was great, it was the Management who let it down. They need to give their managers some formal training in how to man manage, as their methods are outdated and even illegal. I simply refuse to be disrespected by a Manager who's been alive for less years than I've been working. In my 2 months with this company I saw 5 out of 8 sales advisors leave for various reasons. The basic salary is absolute rubbish and even possibly illegal in London as it's far below minimum wage. You're expected to top it up with commissions, yet no matter how hard you try, you'll never be good enough for this company which is run by 'old school' car salesmen who have no idea about how to treat people. I witnessed a staff member being called a c**t to his face by a manager. It's a very very toxic environment.

Biased company with terrible morals
Very unfair company that is all about being In the correct group of friends. They gave me compassionate leave for a sick relative I had and then made me redundant for taking the time off? It takes over your whole life as your expected to work double the amount of hours contracted with not much benefit.
