Worst interview process ever, talk to you like dirt, the guy who interviewed me really shouldn't be in any position of power with his terrible attitude, looking back the warning signs of how terrible the company is were right there, I never should have took the job

Form a structure...relate the process to the team, know what is right and deal with issues that arise.

Bullying tactics,
Rule breaking,
Favouritism,
Telling staff to buy them steroids and sending them topless pics,
Pushing staff out they dislike.

Stay away this is an unprofessional company
