They would never put my kind to the top, but if they did care about staff make them priority
Understand some people have kids have a life let them pick shift patterns to suit family life you don't have to like someone but they can be good at the job they doing stop bullying staff treat everyone the same stop special treatment for staff who suck like a hairy egg to impress managers and get what they want
In all honesty i would pay more attention to the people who actually work for me and there needs (within reason) to be able to work at there best capacity to keep us thriving and growing as a company rather than destroying and breaking the will of them. most importantly they will feel like actual human beings and not expendable numbers.
