As a bus operator I faced a number of challenges such as driving in unsavoury weather conditions ranging from heavy snow to storm like rain. I’ve learnt to take my time whilst driving for the safety of the passengers as well as myself. Being a London bus driver I’ve faced a number of challenges, such dealing with difficult passengers, who are sometimes intoxicated and also vulnerable and elderly people. I’ve learnt as a bus operator you have to cater to everyone and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction as well as safety. This has taught me that everyone is unique. Driving in a city like London has increased my driving knowledge and standard has as well as my road knowledge.
