Good shift pattern
Got to choose my own shift pattern and hours from a selection of options, easy work and nice co-workers, was moved around a lot into different teams but all team leaders were nice.

There os reason why people is leaving
Work and home balance hmm.They are third party contractors, that means you don't know when your job will change . One day you log in and you trow in meeting and some ppl just let go do to them loosing contracts with company that you was working . Bit chaotic. But people you work with is amazing team leaders very understanding.

after training management had no idea what to do with me, had me moved across all roles and any problems that i would like to make aware to management were met with radio silence... company is no longer a thing now lol
