Incredible amount of people leaving. Perks stripped away and no longer competitive with financial services industry. Culture has also become non-existent.

Stressful place to work

Job constantly felt under threat for the 7 years I worked there. Survived at least three major rounds of job losses over the years.Benefits no longer compete with the rest of the financial services industry.

Not a friendly ot supportive place to work

Work rate is ridiculous and no support from management !Long hours put on the phone and pressure to get your numbers even when you are doing well.Felt left out and I’m sure it due to my race.If you are of colour don’t bother they won’t treat you fairly !Do not bother working here!

Great place with great people.

I would highly recommend working in this business. They are a progressive company that is now part of the GoCompare Group which offers it staff large group benefits.

Great place to work

The people were great. You were always busy as there was always plenty to do. Great place to work if you want to get into a progressive FinTech business that provides an advanced FinTech solution nationally.

Great people, constant change

You go into work everyday for the people, it has a great and supportive people culture which you'd be hard pushed to find elsewhere. There is always a lot of change though and you have to be prepared to navigate this if you want to be happy there.

Fun place to work

Excellent culture and fun people to work with. Work life balance is important. Varied role working with many departments and learned alot about the industry and the products. Would recommend people to apply for a role.
