My days are always busy but atmosphere is good,staff really nice and polite and the management are good always dealing with issues I can’t fix,the residents are happy the home gives good vibes it is a nice place to work everyone helps out it’s how a care home should be run🙏

Stressful place to work at.
Terrible place to work at ,you are treated unfairly the place is unorganised. Being a care staff is like torture management is very poor. The place is full of staff who can't understand English.Feel sorry for the residents.
