Nice colleagues but terrible management
Supportive and empathetic colleagues, great work environment, only thing is HR is ridiculously slow. Lots of benefits but also very underpaid as random firings and job vacancies happen all the time so staff tend to be very angry at senior management.

A depressing place to work.
Goldsmiths used to be an employer you could be proud to work for but they have decided to sell their soul to the banks and are trying to remove long standing staff to re-employ new staff to do the same job on lower wages. A workplace to grow
I was lucky enough to finish university and swing straight into a part-time job where I was doing what I loved and ultimately what I wanted to do at the time. I was able to learn from my superiors whilst teaching the students from my own experiences.
