No job is secure
Good Energy is always changing. Management are awful. They lie about most things and you are never secure in your job no matter what you do. The people you work with make the job most definitely. They wanted to get rid of a lot of people and once they were all gone opened up nearly the same exact job because they needed more people. Which is rubbish for the ones they let go. I wouldn’t recommend working here. They advise not to listen to the reviews as we were told. However, we wish we did would of saved us all a lot of stress and bother. Ask them in the last 5 years how many times the have had a ‘staff restructuring’!

Friendly company to work for
Good energy was my favourite place to work, I left as my contract ended, if i wasn’t on a fixed term contract, I would have stayed 100%. Would recommend this job to anyone of any age. I would say when I worked there that the management was all over the place and didn’t really know what they were doing

Awful management, no proper training poorly paid for the way you are treated, if your face fits you will do well at Good Energy, no progression management do not know what they are doing

Good culture
A good place to work. Due to a company re-structure my role is no longer required. The people make the company and the role is diverse and rewarding. A typical day is managing a diverse workload with a team of 13 people.

It is the people that I work with that makes it an enjoyment to come work. there is a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere in my team. We are allowed to get on with our work as we know what needs to be prioritised daily
