Great culture, ethos and working environment
From Day one its clear that the Good Energy culture shines through. Collaborative and happy colleagues, all in it together to try and make a difference in a tough industry. It is a flat reporting structure and small enough to know almost everyone. There is an emphasis on getting together - whether on a project, industry update, team lunch, or sports clubs. Refreshing, esp as much has been lost over the pandemic.

More than just a job
Good Energy's culture has come on leaps and bounds in the last few years. It is now a company with open communication, a culture of trust and a reliable leadership team. Admittedly, this has not always been the case and it is encouraging to see the progress that has been made in this area.Everybody says it but it really is the people who make Good Energy such an enjoyable place to work. Such a friendly bunch who go the extra mile to help their colleagues and you're never short of somebody to grab a pint with after work. The new offices are great - light and airy with lovely park views and an eye-catching art installation. Hybrid working doesn't feel like it's fully embedded yet but when the office is busy there is a great atmosphere.Whilst strategy is certainly more consistent now, Good Energy probably isn't the place for you if you like complete clarity and lack of ambiguity.Overall, a great company to work for which offers a great work-life balance.
