Fun and with good rates of pay.

GoodOaks domiciliary care is a very good place to work indeed. Above a good rate of pay they meet my expectations regarding my time off and my availability when I can work, good management, not a boring place to work. Always something new happens.

Disgusting director

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY Very unorganised, no staff due to lack of management, they tend not to stay longer than 3 months as no support or training given, director of the company never replies to emails messages, phone calls, your basically left to cover everything, office care calls sorting staff out, cover sickness, no support from other local branch. They don’t listen to your needs.

Long days, crazy hours

No understanding of mental health of staff was told I would be too busy to have anxiety and depression. Expected to work all hours of the day and night. Laughing when asked for time off. Expected to do medical things that there was no training for.
