Worcester branch is so lovely
I am in the Worcester branch, and the management have real passion for care, and they are look after to their staff as well. Any question, more than happy to answer. Yes, as homecare you must travel between clients, sometimes miles and miles, but travel is well paid also. Good training, quality care given to clients but fit around family.

A care company that cares!
I have worked in care for 18years and this is the first time in 18years that I have found a care company, that actually care. A company that doesn’t just care about its clients but cares about its staff too. They communicate well and really do believe in a good team ethos. They don’t mind answering any questions and treat all questions as important, regardless.

Supportive and caring
I work here currently and am happy. They listen to you and have a good support structure. I have had a good training induction and been able to study the care certificate online. The company listen to you as an employee. Excellent use of technology and apps.

Long days, crazy hours
No understanding of mental health of staff was told I would be too busy to have anxiety and depression.Expected to work all hours of the day and night. Laughing when asked for time off one week I worked over 90 hours. Expected to do medical things that there was no training for.
