Have loved the job and what i have done to help people that need your help on a daily basis , also met some lovely ladies and gents . But there come,s a time in your life were you need a change , because all that hard work show,s on your body after a long while . I myself have come to that stage were i need just to slow down a little bit now and welcome any change in a new career .

staff is good, always look out for one another. very supportive. would recommend. the food is good and get free food. only own side is pay aint great but that care 4 ya lol.

Don't work there

I work there for a number of years on nights, the night staff are very good and make you feel welcome but as for the day staff and managment who are all related in some way we are treated as the low class we can be short staff running on 3 for 63 people to look After instead off getting a thank you for your hard work we get why haven't you done this why was that not done and then we get moan at by manager you get no support you need to be a famliy member to get treated right and when you hand your notice in they don't even egnolged you have even work there

Worst place EVER!!!

worst place on earth. staff are useless and have no idea what they are doing. management and head office are even more useless. those that actually do their jobs are treated horribly by others. no job recognition. no advancement opportunities. i would thin twice before applying for a job here.

Ok nursing home

Most of the clients living there where happy and content and enjoyed some of the activities throughout the day. The staff where ok, they could have seen to some of the clients more to see if they were ok.

Friendly work place

I have enjoyed my time working at the Grange Nursing Home for the past four years. It has provided me well since I was sixteen when I started. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful towards everyone and have always tried their best to keep everyone happy.

While working at the Grange i have made a lot of good friends. I have obtained good qualifications and i am grateful for that. The hardest part of the job would be at meal times, trying to get the meals to the residents before they go cold.
