I had lots of competency questions. Several on each of the 6 CLEARR values. So prepare for answers specific to these detailing where you see yourself in this regard, a specific example of a time you showed this, and an opinion on how you felt about the result or would change it, etc. I was told that my answers had not reached the benchmark in this regard and I felt at the interview that they were looking for specific answers. I wasn't asked much about work experience or my knowledge of the role or of the company. Although this may be different dependent on interviewer. My interview lasted an hour. Good luck!
