World class training and progression opportunities

Since starting at Gravitas, I have had so much support, 1-1 training and helpful advice. The staff are so friendly and inclusive, and have made every effort to get me involved both in and outside of work, so I felt really comfortable quickly. I have done 8 deals in three months with the company too!Everyone is like-minded and incredibly supportive, all the wins are celebrated together!Support from management is always available due to the flat hierarchical structure, making it easy to take inspiration from those with experience and constantly learn.Global presence and growing. Leadership really listening and making positive changes such as a huge focus on diversity and inclusion which is more than a "tick box". Commission structure very competitive

Very intense environment. Very structured with clear progression plans. Extra hours are encouraged and expected. KPI driven culture and micromanaged.

Just awful

As a relatively experienced recruiter, this company does not allow any creativity in the process. Some of the managers are good but have now left, just like so many other people. It’s a shame as the people are great but the culture is toxic
