Can be either really stressful or no customers at all
Throughout the day in the week, it was very quiet and work can drag as there is not much to do. However, on the weekends it is super busy and can be overwhelming and a lot to do. FOH Team Member in London

Pretty Disorganised. Bad management
Management often stand about just watching us and staring into when it’s busy or are upstairs chatting when needed. Super busy bar and never enough hands to cover it. If you’re cool under pressure and able to keep your own pace even when getting customer abuse then this is an alright job. Marshall in Castleford, West Yorkshire

fun but management awful
unfair treatment from management. you were only important to them if you were one of them. good team work ethic from other employees and the job is fun, however it is stressful in busy timesMarshal in Xscape

Fun but management is terrible
Horrible manager. Has his favourites and if you are not one of them consider yourself sacked. Said to be flexible but if you put a shift on your unavailability and they don’t feel it’s a good enough reason then you will be asked to remove it for the companies needsMarketing Executive in Castleford

Marketing Dept. is both creative & collaborative
Gravity is such a unique company with many sub brands to provide campaigns for. We are left with complete autonomy to manage our own work load. We have creative freedom and licence to produce marketing content, we have a really strong team that is able to produce content and collaborate if required. The Marketing Manager has great people skills he is a real asset to the business and works really hard to support us all. Genuine interests in our collective & individual success, we are rewarded and praised for our work. The pay and benefits are more than fair for what we do and sit slightly above the average for the area. What would you say about your employer?
