Support Worker in Liverpool

Challenging how ever productive and rewarding
Supportive employers. Nice place to work when you have a good staff team at the placement. Clients Can be challenging but worth it when you reach positive goals. Training is amazing and bespoke. Person centred which is great coz you’re trained specifically for that client . Mental Health Support Worker in Cheshire

Expectation and pressure to work long hours . Management are dishonest and never transparent
The worst company I have ever worked for . Management are not transparent, have very little effectiveness and lack management skills . Staff come and go very quickly and rely heavily on agency staff . No person centred care . Staff are often deeply unhappy . bank worker in Macclesfield

Complete disregard for employees
I have never worked anywhere that is so difficult to deal with. Issues around holiday and pay almost every month, the HR and Payroll are dishonest, with pay and expenses not paid at rates advertised. When issues are raised, particularly by bank workers, they terminate ther employment.Support Worker in Liverpool

On paper work ethics are great
There is no stable structure within the company. People have to reapply for their jobs due to the constant restructuring. Shift patterns are supposed to be organised on a rolling rota however there is such a staff shortage you are always being asked to pick up extra shifts. Big issue with payroll and having to chase your money. Constantly raising concerns and waiting for things to be sorted out whilst things become worse there is no sense of urgency at getting things done.Mental Health Support Worker in Lincoln

Stressful and lonely
Difficult working environment hardly ever taken off shift on time no extra pay for overtime scheduled or unscheduled. Any concerns reported are not taken seriously supervisions are not completed monthly What would you say about your employer?
