16 questions about working at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
About my previous experience and gave me two scenarios to comment on how I would deal with them. It was during Covid, so a very short and inept interview via MS Teams.

As an integrated provider, going into work applies to most of our workforce, as we must continue to provide, manage and run our services safely. Home working is a decision for line managers. The Trust will support any staff who are able to work from home and arrangements should be made with your manager. Any staff who need to work on site or across the community should continue to come to work as normal. Managers will assess staffing levels for those who request to work from home.
