Absolutely amazing company to work for

A company that not only cares for the people we support but the staff. The company focuses a lot of achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. The care is second to none and everything is top quality when it comesTo the homes. The work culture is beyond amazing, you are welcomed from the moment you walk in on your interview to the induction training. The induction training is very detailed and in-depth. Support given at every stage. The company shines in kindness and the ethos of care shines through.

Productive, fun and rewarding job

Deputy Manager (Current Employee) - Perranporth, Cornwall - 14 April 2023

In my three years working at Green Light I have progressed from support worker to a deputy manager, I feel I am fully supported when needing guidance, there's always someone who you can ask for help. Most days are filled with taking the people we support out into the community, which is very rewarding. At times the hours can be long but the team I work in always helps to get through it. Good company to work for.

Meals on shift, the varied amount of over time.

Amazing company with a great ethos

Greenlight are amazing, Have worked at a similar company before and the difference with Greenlight is that they are definitely more staff focused. They look after you and make sure you are fully trained and happy in your job.
