Disappointing
Poor management and lack of direction I expected more from such a large company But on a plus side there is a lot of friendly staff that will try and help youOperative in Worksop

No consistency
The job role itself is great but poor management skills and not addressing behaviours of colleges who are constantly off or on breaks is poor meaning you have to cover them as well as your own jobs…no chance of progression unless your related to management, managers have no people skills and talk to you with lack of respect.Prefer not to say in Northampton, Northamptonshire

Poor poor company
The union rule the roost, the senior managers are incompetent, they are constantly screwing the workers over to cover their own failings, you are made to feel inadequate Picker in Hatfield

Good workplace
Friendly team, nice management, good place to work. I was happy to work there but my health problem stop me to continue my employment and I had to quit. Otherwise I will be still working there. FOOD OPEREATIVE in Northamptonshire

Very fast pace and little regard for workers
Good money, however pay wasn’t accurate, the money it cost me to travel to work outweighed the pay so I couldn’t stay on. Night shift have short breaks and on the line work was VERY fast pace with no regard for workers health and safety as some people were struggling to stand after a shift. Little to no training was given on the actual site, it was just a matter of learning as you go which proved difficult on a line with immigrate expectations. At the end of your shift they expect you to carry on. Some occasions you are not allowed to leave when your shift is meant to finish. Good for overtime however it felt very forced upon you What would you say about your employer?
