Utter mad house
Total joke of a place to work, cameras in all the vans spying on the driver's all day long disgusting, just don't ever work for this company as a night driver full stop, no respect for the night shift drivers what so ever totally under paid for the amount of work you have to do, agencie workers get paid more pay for doing same job as the contracted drivers this place as really gone down hill, health and safety lol they make it up as they go along it's a joke

Expect to much
No communication between depots, promises made then broken. There are clicks which if you don’t fit into there is no where to go the pay don’t reflect the work you do

People of the Core
Caring company that focus on staff wellbeing. An employer that goes the extra mile. Offers great benefits and always finding new ways of engagement. A great company to grow and develop your skills.

Don't bother
One mistake and your out. On first day suggested to run bent. Trucks a disgrace. Overall a bad feeling as soon as I turned up for my first shift. No training, just give you the keys and off you go. Good job I asked questions before I left the depot or would have been even worse than it was. Will not be setting foot in the place again. Feel sorry for the drivers that work there long term, I spoke to a few they all said the place is a shambles. "No matter how long you've been there one mistake and your out!!!!!!!!" Got this off 2 drivers. Rant over.
