For weekly paid roles, once your CV has been reviewed you will be invited to attend an assessment center where you will be required to complete an English and Maths test, followed by a general interview to help the company learn about you and your knowledge/experience.
For monthly paid roles, your CV will be reviewed and potential candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the manager, and depending on the level of role may be asked to complete an example situation.
Easy didn't really have one
Ok but people carrying out the interviews are not trained to do so
