Manager in Birmingham, West Midlands

Some managers are good
Some of the managers are very supportive, senior managers need to understand how difficult things are for front line staff. They seem very detached. Lots of changes happening
Community Engagement Officer in Gloucester, Gloucestershire

Would not reccomend
Company culture is awful. Hundreds of managers with little to no staff on the ground doing the important work. I worked there for three years and had no salary increase during that time, despite achieving positive appraisals. Rubbish mileage. Very Very negative environment perpetuated by poor working conditions, pay and mileage. Wouldn’t go back. My individual manager was absolutely fantastic, but sadly, she, along with our team was made redundant.

Poorly managed Care Home.
Silver Birches Care Home. The culture within the home is very poor and staff morale very low. 5 new managers in 4 years so lots of changes and upheavals. Some staff are excellent and work very hard despite often being understaffed and struggling to meet the needs of the service users.Management do not follow policies and procedures making the job quite precarious at times.

Great environment
The company is great. Management is very helpful and understanding especially when you have young children. The job itself is very busy , however not stressful as there is a great balance

Poorly lead
Management have there favourites and talk about staff to other staff about things that shouldn’t be shared. Very Bitchey toxic place. You have staff that work hard and staff thatGet away with doing nothing!Avoid at all costs !!!
