Family atmosphere and very supportive
I started at Greenvale as a Shift Engineer and after 2 years was promoted to Senior Engineer and received all the support I needed to be successful in my role and was made to feel appreciated and a much valued employee. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a career in a company that you can trust.

A hard slog from start to finish.
Work is extremely labour intensive unless you are a machine operator, a team leader or management, in which case, you can idle away your shift watching the grafters get a sweat on. Favouritism is rife.

Fast working and tiring
The workplace was a noisy place, very busy, stressful, tiring and had to do work quickly. There was a bit of teamwork involved. The management was good and the control in the workplace was fine.

Not a fun place to work
Not a good place to work a lot of favouritism from supervisors some workers got away with doing very little and others had to work very hard.Heavy work on certain lines.
