I mainly came across scenario based questions - how to keep a customer happy, best ways to keep attract customers, what would you do if someone isn’t satisfied etc. I had a phone interview and had a lot of questions I thought would come up planned but they barely did to be honest. They pride themselves on customers a lot so do pick up good questions on keeping them happy. Don’t be too stressed about it though, they offered me a job already right at the end of the interview so I must have said something right.

You can pick up overtime easily throughout the year but its very hard to get any Christmas overtime as all employees fight over spare hours for more money for Christmas.

To be correct you only get half price on sandwiches, cakes, pastries, hot drinks, if there is a meal deal you don't get half price of that either, it's half price off each item. You do get half price off the sandwich/ baguette platters. Gregg's own cold drinks and other cold drinks it's 20% off. Soup half price. Hope this helps.
