I highly do not recommend this job, management couldn't be worst. They will treat you like their property. You will never know what days you gonna work, or not. Terrible place.

What is the best part of working at the company?None. Good job managed badly

Your ok if your friends with the boss otherwise you can watch everyone work 5 days a week whilst your only offered 3 or 4. Constantly told what to do and how to do it, not what you would expect from a self employed job at all

managers make the rules there and make fun of people

afraid of this job, the housekeepers make fun of people, they promise you something and you get something when you ask them something, they don't answer you, you don't get work days, they only give work days to their people, the new ones are marginalized, I don't recommend this job 345 parcels a day you don't even have time to go to the toilet, I don't recommend it

If don't own a van avoid unless desperate

High van rental have to work 6 days/week to make £90 a day after expenses. Have to pay £240 van rental weekly even if not working. Sometimes routes dropped and workload keeps increasing but pay doesn't.

Bog Standard Amazon DSP

Friendly managers but they are under pressure to put bums on seats so the push you to work when you don't want to. Always map ING about Amazon KPIs. They have rural routes which are hard on your van

Fairly flexible. Standard multi drop.

Long hours late finishes. Poor routing app.

Every body in the company are your boss! And not friendly.Mangers not nice and understandable.Don’t give enough time for paperwork, and push engineer for more job and never appreciate.Only supervisor nice and friendly.

Good company to work with - payments on time

to join the company you need to process onboarding , this including BGC and D&A test. Every day in the evening getting my loading time for next day , job is smooth and easy ( just sometimes too much parcels but it's not company fault - it's manifest) The team is very friendly and nice, never had any issue. Payments are send on time - no delays like with my previous agency.

Very relaxing atmosphere but plenty people willing to help you when you start the job itself is very easy and there is nothing to complicated to do Even referred one of my friends for a job here too.

Active and enjoyable workplace

I've been with Gssl for over a 2- 2.5 years and has been a excellent workplace for me. Management is great, work is provided fairly with everyone. Working with Gssl you develop a lot of new skills and get to meet many people. Gssl train you on how to provide installation, hallaway and recycling services whilst working for amazon. The team provides a lot of help with in tough situations. Overall amazing company to working for.

Most of the time finished earlyPaid every 2 weeksGreat routesManagement listen to problems and change things where possibleFriendly staff who are always happy to helpNew and clean vehicles to usePre-planned routes upto 40 parcels, i have had anything from 4 to 10 to 15!!! Free hot drinks, pool table, table tennisBest job i have had by far!!!

Always on the move, meeting People can be fun mostly, sometimes frustrating, Best not to take short cuts, management helpful, friendly and understanding.Mostly working as as team trying to help each other. Hardest part of job is working in the dark. Meeting customers and seeing smile when they receive their orders.

Should be faster start time because working late can get customers angry and not satisfied and i would preffer to be home earlier also amazon tries to give sometimes too much stops which can get stressfull but i knkw the area and im used to it so esier for me.
