Department Manager (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 21 September 2023
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedA great job to learn and develop management skills. Unfortunately recruitment wasn’t great and new store director was very inexperienced which put pressure on others.

Buen salario, varias opciones de crecimiento. El ambiente laboral depende, en algu punto se convirtió en mi mejor puesto laboral pero con el tiempo se volvió muy tóxico.

Unprofessional behaviour from managers and no one is valued.
Aftersales (Former Employee) - Fulham, Greater London - 16 October 2019
I had been working for Gucci timepieces & jewellery for many many years and in 2017 a new Manager Directer had come in and taken over. In this time he had made 2 redundancies and 3 dismissals.
Managers treat you like cattle and only want new employees working there.
The operations manager who interviewed me would flirt with female staff and touch their arms and other parts of their body.
My dismissal was very calculated and i was never thanked for giving my all to this company for all these years.
i have learnt that managers don't care about the customer service department and they don't care to improve the environment.
staff swear and bully other members of staff everyday and managers do nothing to stop or prevent this and they even join in.
you're expected to do more work and have more responsibilities than someone who has been there before you and are on over double the salary, so expect to do more work than others on a low salary.
your discount card has a limit but you're not told about it so they can catch you out and they will investigate.

Productive, fun, and intensive workplace
Stock Controller (Former Employee) - London - 3 February 2019
A typical day for me was starting my day with a coffee, I was always hyped u and energized to assist my colleagues with giving them the best in power. I learned to control myself through hardships and accomplish the job in the easiest way that I could, I learned working as a team, and I learned to multitask when my colleagues requested different items at the same moment to be brought up or having my colleagues clients company when my colleagues were looking for an Item in our stock. the hardest part of the job was when I received requests from different department of GUCCI and I had to wrap those items and taking them upstairs for clients within 4-6 minutes which required me and my team to put more effort. managers were very kind and you could've taught so many things from them. work culture was perfectly good and the behaviors of m colleagues towards the clients were outstanding.
