Fast paced.

GVE has always supported my personal growth and development with training and experience on a broad range of vehicles ( Jag etypes to Teslas) . The staff are great and the facilities, tools and equipment are the best of the best. You really grow with the business. If you’re looking to gain knowledge experience and enjoy what you do this is the place for you.

Sales team is great. You really are a valued member of the team and all the staff are very friendly. We have a lot of events which management encourage you to attend and represent. HR are always available and open to discussions

Fun work place and like family

Been Working for GVE for 6 years and have to say it’s a family environment and it has been a fun journey and also got to know a lot of good people which we all learn different skills from one another.Also good boss and good manager and HR also very helpful and always organised and always supportive so definitely a good place to work if you want to develop more skills or if you are looking to start a new career that’s car related or car sales .

Avoid for your own sake!

The most unprofessional, unorganised place I have ever had the misfortune of working. People go in and out and the staff turnover is shocking. This is not a secure work place, nor is it one you will feel right being apart of for various reasons.

The opposite of a luxury car showroom

Avoid if you can, the owner doesn’t care about the staff or customers. Takes in millions of pounds worth of stock and don’t have the correct facilities or processes to look after people possessions.Nothing is done to a decent standard and is a real embarrassment of a company to work for.If you are feeling risky take a shot

Great, fast paced work place.

Working at GVE is very enjoyable. As an employee, there are lots of areas for progression within the company and you are very much encouraged to set targets and develop yourself.The working environment is fast paced and the team get on very well. The Managing Director is always open to ideas from employees on how to improve work within the company, this help employees to feel they have a voice and are an important part of the organisation. If you love supercars and want to be part of a growing, exciting organisation then I would definitely recommend working for GVE.

Amazing People & Supercars Galore

To start your day, you are greeted by a sea of the finest supercars in the world, let alone the UK. If this isn't motivation, I don't know what is!The work day is fast paced and enjoyable. You are given the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting tasks with the end goal being to acquire new leads as efficiently as possible.The constant evolution of the company, as well as the different softwares that are in place, mean you will be learning something new everyday.Working directly with the owner was a pleasure. He is supportive, patient, understanding and kind.The entire team at GVE are one big family. Everyone works together synergistically. They are positive, hardworking, friendly and take a lot of pride in their work. This makes the working atmosphere extremely enjoyable.If you want to develop a wide range of skills, have lots of fun, work with some amazing people and be surrounded by the best supercars in the world - GVE London is the place for you!

Work in GVE

There are three separate companies, but rather interlinked. The MD and owner has a little respect for the staff, and trusts nobody and has a very money oriented approach to business. He has no care for employees, nor for the customers, all he is after is to maximize the profit and minimize the cost.The company wants to employ all the time the cheapest people, so they usually employ apprentices and that hinders many things. It is a place to avoid as you can hardly learn anything in there and you have to follow a very strict micro management style.

The work day is filled with variation from shooting showroom supercars to creating concepts for billboards and fun social content. If you are into cars then this would be the perfect playground to see them up close and personal, learn about them, then you realise that it's also your job to make them look amazing.The people work hard and always want to do the best they can, it is a fast paced place of work with cars flying in and out all week so being able to time manage, knowing your skill and be able to manage expectations is key. The CEO constantly strives to improve the company and inspire new content, encouraging the media team constantly. The team work extremely hard and are proud about the work they all do which shows in the content created.The entire team are a happy, lively bunch and it's great to work with positive people.

Full of Young inexperienced employees. Staff turnover for a small independent is huge.

Could be an amazing place to work. Unfortunately not a single employee is trusted by the MD to do their job without the constant intervention from the Power crazy owner. This makes it impossible for employees to just 'Get on and do their job'. It makes you feel like he has a complete and utter distrust of all who work for him. If you want a long Term job with excellent Career prospects then AVOID GVE and look elsewhere.

A very charming humble character is the initial picture painted by the company MD. A ruthless individual capable of swallowing up anybody and appearing as the victim thereafter. Some very poor, dishonest business practices witnessed in my time. Skilled proven individuals came and left, kids stayed around almost indefinitely. It's definitely one to leave out of the CV, guilty by association as they say!
