Better avoid
Typically picking in small area. Job itself easy fair pay helpful colleagues. Managers however absolutely incompetent and useless unable to sort out even simple problems - it takes ages for them to make a decision. It resembles more playground than job - more raffles fun things and stupid behaviour than real work. I couldn't imagine to work longer under supervision of these clowns.

Fair pay/work.Always paid on timeNo issuies with them for that work period.You need a car anyway because location is remote. - agency work.Good thing is that you have long routes

Decent place work
GXO good place work so thought working for company over 14 years in that time never late never been of sick till covid struck me when first showd in 2020,got me bad even then yoused my holiday as sick so not use company pay now gritty bit all staff offered yearly pay rise 6% except me and another chap offered 4% all doing same job supposedly equal pay all employees probably is other branches not t...
