I had been home without no shift since ending last year. Not only me alone most of other security guards no shift, the supervisor said they are looking for contract.

Very poor company

What sort of security company these days don't have a booking on/off system that has not worked for 4 weeks and issues no directive on check calls or booking on ? But then sends out emails whinging about officers not accepting shifts ? ....... h&m security that's who !

Very poor treatment of employees and staff.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. Management treat you like a number and will have you replaced in the click of a fingers if you were to raise an issue with them.

Senior management appear to lack moral fibre to tell the truth when dealing with disputes and aught to visit their sites to form an overall opinion of the working conditions.

Worst company I've ever worked for always paying minimum wages and working too long hours.

This is not a good company to work for. You are treated very badly for minimum wage sometimes working 17hours a day. I don't like this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Seriously, if you are not in absolute dire need of money, then please apply and get a job somewhere else. Trust me, you will regret working here. Literally, they will tell you to stand in the middle of the road in freezing conditions with no protection for 4, yes, up to 6 hours, without any break. Well, if that's your cup of tea then by all means apply.

I was booking in vechiles and also taking vistors to where ever they had to go when on site.I was also doing the stores when the store man was off as i was the only person that was allowed to do this job.

Great company to work for but long hours average 16hr shift 4 days on 4 days off plenty of overtime but sometimes you don’t get days off if other security guard doesn’t show up you get called in to work their shifts

Started job being told one thing and then given different job, location, shifts and after 3 months finding out your on a zero hour contract. Boss was always changing your shifts if he was in a bad mood even to the point of effecting your holiday pay.

No electricity in the cabin in the middle of no where on my own for 12 hour night shifts and also no body coming to check on me just need to scan the barcodes depressing and scary

Terrible Company.

The worst job ive ever had. Ever. Management is a joke and if your not well he goes berserk with you on the phone. They charge you a fortune for your ppe then when they fire you for no reason they take back the ppe that you have paid for without giving you any money back that you paid for it. No travel expenses even though the main company pays it but you don't get anything as they keep every penny. Never again in H&M Security. Lesson learnt.
