H&M Employee Review

Good workplace, unpleasant job

The company itself was good, and held lots of events for staff, offered nice benefits. Workplace atmosphere and colleagues were laid-back and helpful but the job itself was difficult. Training was extensive and enjoyable but queues are almost always hours long so you are met with frustrated customers almost constantly. I felt that agents should be paid more.

Great team

It is a good place to work with great colleagues. The hybrid option supports a great work-life balance. Typically it is a fast-paced environment with lots of change which, in turn, supports continued development.
