Boring place to work at, management would chase up on you everyday, with the salary being only £13,000.
Working long hours, 9.5hrs 6 days a week is a hassle in of itself with no suitable salary as it starts off as £13,000. Boring atmosphere as well as no proper managers. Lack of support from managers as they advice you on small basics and expect you to carry yourself on through training Sales Negotiator, I in Southend

Horrendous
Worst company to work for, if your looking for a job please don't go for this company go anywhere else! Long hours, silly pay and management just don't care about you. Senior Sales Negotiator in Orpington

Fast moving culture with an emphasis on hitting targets
Haart Estate Agents is an Estate and Lettings Agent in a very fast moving and dynamic field Property sales and lettings. Its a very interesting and varied. You can be booking valuations for the branch and assistant managers. You can also book buyers for viewings and dealing with both vendors (ie sellers) and buyers. You have to think on your feet, and build rapport with both your buyers and sellers. You also have to be responsible and reliable. We had daily morning meetings and discuss what the targets are for each day, each week and each month. You also have to be tenacious, able to deal with Rejection on a daily basis and develop a thick skin. However if you want a successful career in property. I truly believe becoming an Estate Agent will givr you a good solid ground. What would you say about your employer?
