Decent pay. lots of overtime
There are better companies out there, but there are far worse.The pay seems competitive for the most part.If you like lots of hours it's a great job, but your home life will definitely suffer.

Productive
Busy but good overall. Worked in the shop always had something to work on. Just wish the pay increase reflected the amount of work you actually did. Great environment where I was at.
