Dedicated Team
Some amazing staff who are really dedicated & do their upmost for the resident's in their care. However there is a high turnover of staff, twelve hour shifts are very demanding when working with peopke with dementia. Sadly some excellent carer's have been lost because of Hallmark's inflexibility on shift patterns. It is a rewarding job but very demanding, am sure that not all new recruits are prep...

Fun workplace
Great team and residents. No two days are the same. It can be physically and mentally depending at times but great team to support and management are very good to talk to if needing any extra support

Genuinely a Great Company
All my team members are lovely and I get on well with my line manger. They are always helpful and checking in with me. Company is working towards some great things such as Diversity & Inclusion. They also seem to genuinely care about staff and want them to succeed. There is also a clear vision in what we are aiming for which is delivering high quality care to our residents.

terrible place to work
very clicky nasty two faced staff. Leaving new staff members out when going on activities. Middle management gives best shifts to friends. An awful atmosphere to work in. They have a high turnover fo staff for these reasons.

Challenging at times, but satisfying
If you're a person who likes to challenge themselves every day that's the place for you. It's plenty of tasks to complete, but once you complete them you feel satisfaction because you managed well. I would say sometimes you will be asked for too much and you will feel like not really possible to be completed for a day, so the stress sometimes is overwhelming.
