How did you get your first interview at Halo ARC?

  • Applied to job advert. had the interview. waited a few days before being contacted by phone to be offered my role

  • I applied through the indeed website by uploading my CV and wrote a cover letter. I then had a brief phone call and was invited to an interview. It was as easy as that. I was then offered the job and started a few weeks later.

  • Direct approach to the company - I had heard of the innovations they were introducing to shake the industry from the dark ages and wanted to be a part of it. 9 years on and its still innovating!

  • Really good and very informative. Offered the position quickly after and I was over the moon!

  • Called me and asked me to come in next day. Interview was quick and started a few days later.

    Seemed desperate.

Looking back I can see why as no one sticks around too long.

  • Through an employment agency, who told me that they were a very good client.

  • Got a call, turned up and had a quick chat, not formal.

Whilst working there I saw many others come and go.

They’ll hire almost anyone who walks through the door out of sheer desperation because, as you’ll keep hearing, no one lasts too long.

Had I known what I know now, I’d never had bothered applying as in many cases you could do less work by stacking shelves in a supermarket and get paid more, and probably have a better shot at progression too because there isn’t any here I’m afraid!

  • Just turned up & told them I could start immediately.

  • They will give anybody a job, just tell them you can start quickly & will do anything
