  • They manage very well.

  • I think management are on the ball. They seem to be one step ahead. regular meetings help with communication being the key.

  • I would describe the management culture as very supportive. Always open to listen. The HR team are always there for you if needed.

  • Supportive and understanding, I have seen many incidents during the recent lockdown periods where staff members have been given the opportunity to take instant emergency leave, flexible working patterns and home working arrangements introduced to support them and their families during these difficult times.

  • Good team, always looking to keep open communications even with the difficulty thrown businesses way in the last year.

  • Management have lots of meetings to keep the flow of communication going and always thinking ahead.

  • Very amateur, like they were making it up as they went along.
They will always have a scapegoat if something backfires & have no loyalty to anybody.

  • Treat everyone equally not just as favourably as you seem to at head office. Anyone outside of HQ is looked down upon and seem to be held to a different set of rules and standards.

  • Megalomaniac and the three muppeteers

  • Awful and it seems to have always been this way and probably always will be because it’s the same thugs managing the place at head office
