Not a good way to do recruitment

Company was based on numbers and output, which is fine but not when it means hounding people 4/5 times a day and colleagues going behind your back and stealing your candidates. No understanding of roles or clients and no work life balance. Had to get a sheet signed off before I was allowed to leave and every lunch was a working lunch.
