Fun but hard work

You get to work with your friends and meet some lovely people on your shifts, however the hours can be long and tiring, how well a shift goes is all dependent on what kind of manager you get which is very 50/50. Overall great job for students, work hours you pick and a casual uniform

Just ok, there are better agencies

I’ve worked at hap for two summers, they have a range of festivals, and the work is relatively easy, however it is competitive to get onto shifts. You have to call to confirm shifts, and during peak times you’ll find yourself on the phone for hours. They often overbook so if you are even a bit late you can risk being sent home, or being sent home early when they have too much stuff. Pay schedule c...

Supportive office

I really enjoyed my time in the hap office. Helping external staff was the most satisfying part ofg the job. The workplace culture was great, however I belive communication between teams could be improved.

Its not good at all

terrible pay, bad workers who do absolutely nothing and therefore youre punished as a result, managers are very lazy and the music so loud it makes you want to not work.
