Family environment workplace
Portafina is a close working network of people who overtime have become great friends and are like family as we spend so much time together.No day is the same and there is great knowledge to be gained daily. There are times were the job is stressful but satisfying seeing results at the end of hard working week.

Amazing company to work at.
Great company to work at. Everybody is very social and knows each other. Always have great events and treats for the employees. No single day is the same, with new challenges and things to work on each day.

Horrible place to work out
Horrible management . Was working as a case liaison officer for about 3 months. Honestly the biggest regret coming to portafina . Management don’t manage correctly , always out for meeting hardly got any help whilst I was their . But funny how they expected me to reach targets. Half hour lunch break was a joke barely got no time to even chill. Not very welcoming at all. Would not recommend working...

A really positive and welcoming company
I have worked at Portafina for under a year but it has been such a breath of fresh air, the company really do take pride in caring for their clients as well as their staff and often have Partyfina parties and fundraising events for charities the company collaboratively choose. There are the general interview questions such as tell us some strengths and weaknesses about yourself, give us an example of a time you've worked well in a team, how would you describe yourself etc but this was more of a formal chat than an interview - They just want to make sure you will fit into the friendly environment at the company. There was also a basic maths test (calculator allowed) and a quick letter writing test.
