The Harris Federation is the leading large multi-academy trust in England for primary and secondary education. Closing the gap between children from disadvantaged backgrounds and their peers has always been a core mission. We are widely recognised as a force for social mobility and we are immensely proud of the role that our alumni are now beginning to play in the world and of what we believe our current generation of pupils will go on to achieve. As a large, successful group of academies, we have the size and scope to be far more than the sum of our parts.

Just awful
I worked at a Harris Academy for a year and it was the most stressful and miserable experience of my career.Run by a demon of an ‘Executive’ Head Teacher, who created a culture of absolute misery for every staff member I came in contact with. I experienced assistant and deputy heads crying in my office due to this behaviour and being treated like dirt. I can not recommend anyone apply to work ...

Lovely people difficult environment
the company is amazing at hiring and training people to the best of their ability. the support staff are friendly and have always ben helpful to both other staff and the students aswell. The down fall is the low pay grade for long term staff. It very difficult to secure a higher pay. This intern can impact your value and feeling of worth within the role.
