Faced-paced and fun place to work
With the right team, working at H+H is incredible. You flow like a well oiled machine and keep spirits up during rushes. Getting to know the regulars is a joy and so is perfecting different styles of latte art.

Better than the other high Street chains
Working at Harris & Hoole has enlightened me to what a high Street coffee shop chain should be. The training is very comprehension. They want you to be the best barista that can be achieved. They will keep you engaged in coffee throughout your time. My manager is excellent. She takes into account my personal life well as well as making me feel very welcome to the team. Firm but fair as well and always has my back.

Fun place to work - Management extremely poor
This was a fun place to work. Customers and fellow staff always great. There’s a lot of passion within the company, but as for management it is extremely poor. The Area Managers were biased and unprofessional and the Store Managers no better. If you fancy sleeping your way to the top you can.
Shop Manager in H+H

Excellent Company
I feel very valued in my job with great support from my line manager and a lot of room to let creativity flow! There is great career progression (a lot of the head office recruits are internal!), great (free) coffee and development within the coffee path as well as into management.

Loved working here
I found it more like a second home than work as I loved the team I worked with and had developed great relationships with the regular customers. It was one of the best places I've worked.

Can you start tomorrow or can you go to the workshop now

Shared on 6 June 2018

They don't care about your experience or what you have done in any other job, they just want to employ people who have spark and personality. The rest of it is trainging then they put you sraight to work .
