I did a lot of not paid overtime. Is a very professional restaurant with high standards. Skilled Management and always ready to teach you to work in Spanish cuisine

Poor management, false company values, over paid higher ups, no transparency

Staff are treat like cattle, at least 3 10 5 members of staff leave par month from each restaurant, yet nothing is done to look into why, they just bring in new unexperienced stuff member, till they leave, almost zero chance of progression unless you waste 2 or 3 years of your life here for and extra pound an hour, neglectful mangers and owners, over paid I'm bounces and your service charge, which you will barely ever see... I could go on... unless you are a manger or above stay away.

Poor and unfair treatment of staff, poor pay and lies about service charge, with bul***it incentives to push you to make the company more money, which you will zero befits from.

Amazing company to work for

You will feel supported from minute one. It is such a big family where everyone roll their sleeves up. If you work hard you get rewarded and you will be learning every day from the best professionals.

They are a great company to work for with included incentives they have amazing support and management for all requirements lovely fast-paced job shift patterns. Serving taking orders making orders cooking cleaning ordering stock this job will keep you busy.

Not as caring as they would like you to think

Company punshes the we are family msg alot, but unsurprisingly when it comes down to it it's a business like every other, for the time I worked there 10 to 15 people came I left in the space of a month or 2.

Great people, Great restaurants...

The company has just opened 5 new restaurants in Kings Cross so there is a lot of opportunity to move around and learn. I like that they have different restaurants Spanish, Mexican, British and a Wine bar. Get to eat in the all with 50% off food (& drink).

Great place to work

I worked as a kitchen assistant it was a very nice place to work friendly people who own the place very good pay for the amount of hours you do it's a good place to start for people looking for jobs for the first time.

Excelente

Recepción y atención al cliente, toma de comandas, asesoramiento y explicación de la carta y especiales, cobros a clientes, montaje y desmontaje de la sala, recepción de mercancías y ubicación, preparación de sala de comida para staff, limpieza del establecimiento, preparación de sala de eventos… Esto puede resumir el trabajo diario aparte del aprendizaje como camarero también pude visualizar y aprender sobre la cocina y su elaboración ya que en barra fina los cocineros cocinan delante de los clientes que están situados en una gran barra. En cuanto la dirección y la gerencia, estaba en manos de gente muy profesional y a la vez con gran humanidad, siempre cercanos al equipo de empleados, dando su apoyo y motivando al personal. En Barrafina teníamos un equipo excepcional eramos como una pequeña familia en la cual uno cuida del otro y sinceramente allí he dejado casi parte de mi familia personas con las nunca perderé el contacto, tanto camareros como cocineros, friega platos, encargados, jefes del establecimiento, todo el equipo eramos una piña. Hay ciertos momentos de presión en la hostelería eso ya se sabe mas si el local donde trabajas esta lleno frecuentemente, pero me gusta llegar a mi limite y sobrepasar las dificultades, puede ser lo mas difícil en este punto. Todo en general pero lo que mas sin duda es el dar un trato exquisito a los clientes en el que veas, que estos se sienten a gusto con el servicio con el ambiente, con la comida y sobretodo cuando ese cliente te da su reconocimiento por que le ha encantado como le recomendaste o que a gusto se ha -

high standard restaurant

I learned to cook very fast and work under hard presure. Always cooking good quality and fresh food. Good place to learn.
