Decent waiting staff job
Your typical waiter/waitressing job, can become very stressful in a rush but that’s the norm with most places. Pay is rubbish though, but tips are yours and yours only which is good. Management could be very accommodating or very difficult, really depended on the person. That said, all my coworkers were lovely people.

Better off working at Mcdonalds
Terrible management. Long hours, communication between front of hoist and back of house is doesn't exist. They will pile the orders until kitchen is screwed, then management complains that kitchen is slow yet does nothing to fix the issue. Training again, is poor.Staff food isn't free, 50% of staff food. Coffee/tea costs £1 a cup. Machine drinks 50p each. So your expected to work long hours an...

Avoid!
Over worked, underpaid and expected to work for free. Management is a shambles and if you’re not liked by the management team they will turn against you. And don’t try to voice your opinion.

Shocking place
Absolutely awful place to work, you will be on the rota to finish at 9 but won’t leave till gone 11. Staff complain about each other and other guests in full view of the guests, managers have no clue in what to do and always argue with everyone thinking they are way above. You don’t get taught much your left to deal with the problem and made out to be stupid. It’s a hot sweaty environment with n...

I got asked if I knew anything about the Harvester and it’s company... so do some research, other than that just why I want to work there and what kind of hours I could do.
