Stable company
Looked after us during lockdown, fun enough place to work but has its downside with head office set budgets and such. Can be stressful when it’s unexpected rushes

Just no
The only good thing was the team at the time carried about each other and recall helped each other to survive but managers were discussing how they treat people and disregarding health and safety as well about not actually caring about quality of food or the customs. If you challange that you will be pushed out and people will be asked to write fulse statements against you to remove you which myself had done and I have evidence

Friendly workplace
Made some great friends here. Good work atmosphere good team working. Bad management. No flexibility in hours. Felt unappreciated by certain members of the team
Shift Supervisor in Manchester, Greater Manchester
on 10 November 2020
Underpaid and overworked
Our team is good at our location, however progression is really slow. Ive been informed that I would be put forwars for progression several times but I have not achived the position. I applied for a job role and was put on a pay grade lower than the position applied for. I was informed it would only be for 13 weeks, during my induction. All the while I was expected to complete tasks of a position above the role I applied for. I was wventually stepped up after 26 weeks, however I still completemost of the the AM role whilst being paid for Supervisor.

I was asked about previous job experience, my interest in the industry and my flexibility.

Shared on 8 August 2019

I got asked if I knew anything about the Harvester and it’s company... so do some research, other than that just why I want to work there and what kind of hours I could do.
