We are Harvey Nichols. We are fearlessly stylish. We always have been and together we always will be.

Since Harvey Nichols first opened in Knightsbridge in 1831, it has led the way in sourcing the most desirable and cutting-edge designer brands. Recognised as the UK's premier luxury fashion retailer, Harvey Nichols is internationally renowned for its expertly edited fashion and beauty merchandise, premium food and wine offer and award-winning restaurants.

Harvey Nichols has seven stores within the UK and Ireland, consisting of five large-format stores in London, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, and two small-format stores in Bristol and Dublin. A beauty concept store, Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols, opened in Liverpool in November 2012. In addition to this, there are seven large-format stores overseas: two in Turkey (Istanbul and Ankara), one in Riyadh, one in Dubai, two in Hong Kong and one in Kuwait.

Seen as ‘the place to be’, Harvey Nichols is the club that doesn’t require a membership. Exclusive, niche and established labels sit alongside accessible everyday collections, offering customers the must-have edit for all their wardrobe needs – from everyday to extraordinary.

As champions of style, we transform the beige in into breathtaking in every way. Doing it “our way”, we are playful in attitude and daring in delivery. We inspire people to stand out and be unique and encourage our team members to do the same.

Could be great with right management
Back of house in its current state will make you want to rip your hair out. There is a reason for the high staff turnover despite the big name. If you love being a robot this job is for you.

Good place to work
had fun styling but was a bit slow paced. Staff was nice and everyone was welcoming. Found myself standing around a lot waiting for customers to come in.

Good place, badly managed
Good place to work if you’re interested in an easy job with great colleagues! Management, however, are very incompetent at managing a team - you have to be very self-sufficient here and be able to stand your own ground. Company also talks about progression, which is rare, and you need managements approval to progress and 90% of the time they decline it.

Fun place to work
Harvey Nichols is like a family, as it is a relatively small store. the atmosphere is friendly and you get to see a lot of celebrities! The pay isn't fantastic but the free travel card makes it up for it.

Nice place to work
A good environment to work in, staff and management are pleasant to work with. The days can be long but overall its enjoyable meeting new people on a daily basis.
