Good
The people are great however the company is very stats driven. There is a lot of pressure from managers to reach targets. Would recommend for part time work, defo not full time

Always monitoring & stressful
Very stressful to work at renewals as only looking for filling up targets. It doesn’t really if you did really good in last week. Only one bad day on stats can take you to disciplinary meeting. You can’t have a breath between calls and always questioned if you stay on wrap for more than a minute.

Don’t bother
The turnover rate is insane, you will be micromanaged, you don’t get support and all in all not worth the stress- would rather work in a warehouse. The best part was having an insane workload as well as work distributed and also calls wasn’t overwhelming at all ….

It’s just ok, nothing brilliant
The system is pretty poor, trying to do a simple task can become challenging. WFH is great and the kit they provide is up to standard. Pay is about average in the industry. Hours are pretty poor, who wants to work until 5:30pm nowadays? Should allow flexible hours like previous employer
