Colleagues are paid on the 15th of each month unless this falls on a weekend, then they are paid on the last working day prior to the 15th. Dress code: As a Company, many of our colleagues have daily contact with our customers but this isn’t generally face to face. Similarly, very few of our colleagues are in roles where specific dress is required to keep them safe. This, combined with our commitment to the individuality and diversity of our colleagues, means that we want to avoid a traditional ‘rules’ based dress code and instead allow our colleagues and leaders to make sensible and reasonable decisions in this area.
