Productive and fun but high pressure
The job I'm doing is fun and productive however it's a high pressure job, which means it can be stressful when you are working especially 6 days a week.

Managers act like school children
Over worked and under paid. Not enough equipment for staff yet continue to employ more people. Managers favourites get praised when they are often the ones who do the least work

Best company I have eve worked for
Haven is a safe place and secure place to work. It makes me feel that I can be myself, and have a job I love. I have a strong SLT and GM and fitted right in with Havens cultures and beliefs. I would recommend this company to work for

Over worked under paid poor management
You work around 80 hours a week less than minimum wage no support. If your face fits you’re okay poor management skills and what goes on behind the scenes is unbelievable.
