Full timers are contracted 37.5 hours, over 5 days, a week in branch. You get 1 hour break for lunch, but if you are short staffed or it's peak selling time (early months of the year) there are times you may need to work right through your lunch break, and you are not allowed to claim missed lunch breaks back in lieu... You often have to work late, and you're not always allowed to claim it back in lieu either. They do not offer paid overtime.

Answered 27 June 2020You get your full commission off you any bookings you are travelling on yourself, but you must have passed your 6 month probation period. They have also introduced the "Reward Me Now" app where you can get small discounts off of popular brands, including some supermarkets.
Answered 27 June 2020Be smart. Do not wear short skirts or revealing tops because they will not take you seriously or let you go further into the interview process. (Boys) Wear a white shirt and tie, suit trousers and smart shoes. (Girls) shirt, pencil skirt/ dress trousers, blazer and court shoes. If you have coloured hair, dye it natural. Take out piercings and avoid wearing lots of jewellery. It’s very old fashioned so expect to be rejected if you don’t follow company guidelines regarding dress code.
