Don't recommend
Been asked to work overtime and pay rates are low. Demands are high from team members I'm not happy. If you want to get good money go somewhere else honestly it's not worth spending your time here Freelance Trainer - Nationwide in Birmingham, West Midlands

The salary in health and social care has been too poor depends on the job we do.
The Gov. is not doing enough to reward people looking after their old parents in the residential homes and nursing homes. Coming to those working in the supported living for mental health and challenging behaviour, the reward is too poor compare to the job they do. People working in health care sector has been looked down upon by the Gov. I appeal that the Gov. should start looking after those working in the care sector properly.the hCare Assistant in Belfast, County Antrim
