    It closed for 6 weeks to create a protocols to protect team and guests. regularly updated. PPE, Screens, antibac, temperature taken triage pre appoint text reminder of symptoms and not to attend if evident.

  • Exceptionally well.
    Full PPE used by team, cleaning completed after each guest, screen around front desk, other safety procedures such as hand sanitiser and temperature taken.

    Regular communication with guests / public regarding changes to guidelines. Closed for the first 6 weeks of Lockdown and guests were called and provided advice on their health over the phone, the centre has remained open following this throughout.
