Our nursing and residential homes are located in Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Dorset, Kent, Bristol, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, East & West Sussex and hampshire. They include specialist units to care for older people, and people with dementia or physical disabilities.

Manorcourt Homecare, is our homecare services offering, with 11 branches located in East Anglia and Greater London specialising in delivering a range of care packages to people who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

We are passionate about providing truly person-centred care and support services that are fully tailored to meet the individual needs of each and every person.

Family Atmosphere

Working at Tenchley is, overall, a positive experience. The staff have become like a family; we have our ups and downs, but we support each other. Our manager is very knowledgeable, supportive and really cares about our Residents.I have been encouraged to further develop my knowledge, to support my role.

The whole interview was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. The questions were very easy, you just used your common sense.

The training given was very thorough and informative and executed in a friendly manner. The initial shadowing was brilliant as it allows you to get to know each service user and their needs, whilst putting into practise everything you have learned over the course of your training.

Love working here

From the moment I started working here, I knew it was going to be a good place to work.The location is good, so my commute isn't too far and there is parking.The staff are great and the management are open.
